Develon DL200TC-7 Wheel Loader
Efficient Material Handling with Parallel-Lift Performance
The Develon DL200TC-7 wheel loader is designed to deliver precise lifting performance for material handling, pallet work, and lift-and-place applications. Its 2.6-cubic-yard bucket and parallel-lift linkage keep attachments level throughout the lift cycle, providing greater control when loading, stacking, or placing materials. An available quick coupler allows operators to switch non-hydraulic attachments without leaving the cab, increasing productivity across a variety of jobsite tasks. Improved lift height and excellent visibility also make loading high-sided trucks, hoppers, and mixers faster and more efficient.
Precision Control with Hydrostatic Performance
The hydrostatic transmission provides smooth power delivery, responsive operation, and excellent fuel efficiency while reducing brake wear through dynamic braking. A convenient creep function allows operators to precisely position the loader without using the accelerator, making attachment work and fine grading easier. Variable speed control offers seven preset speeds in first gear for enhanced accuracy, while the traction control management system adjusts wheel traction to match changing ground conditions for improved digging, stockpiling, and loading performance. Load-sensing hydraulics automatically regulate hydraulic flow to maximize efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
Built for Heavy Lifting and Long-Term Durability
Engineered for demanding material handling, the DL200TC-7 features reinforced Dana axles and an additional counterweight to improve lifting capability and overall machine stability. A rugged box-frame chassis and articulated design evenly distribute loads while delivering exceptional structural strength. Wider radiator fin spacing and a standard reversible cooling fan help reduce debris buildup and maintain cooling performance in dusty environments. A deeper front fender offers additional protection for the windshield, while an available full rear fender further enhances machine durability.
Operator Comfort with Outstanding Visibility
The DL200TC-7 provides an exceptional view of the work area through its parallel-lift loader arms, allowing operators to clearly see the bucket, ground, and loading zone. Increased glass area, a full-glass entry door, larger mirrors, a standard rearview camera, and available LED work lights further improve visibility in all working conditions. Develon's exclusive Transparent Bucket technology gives operators a supplemental view beneath the bucket through the in-cab display, improving accuracy during material placement. Inside the spacious cab, intuitive controls, the DEVELON Smart Touch display, and an upgraded heating and air conditioning system help keep operators comfortable and productive throughout the workday.
Easy Maintenance and Tier 4 Performance
Routine service is simplified with convenient access to daily maintenance points, centralized lubrication locations, and easy fluid level inspections. Standard MY DEVELON fleet management allows owners to remotely monitor machine health, maintenance schedules, and operating performance through a convenient web portal or mobile app, helping reduce operating costs and maximize uptime. The DL200TC-7 meets Tier 4 emissions standards using a high-pressure common-rail fuel system, cooled exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), selective catalytic reduction (SCR) with diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), and a diesel particulate filter (DPF), delivering clean, efficient, and reliable performance.
