Where do you provide field service?
Our mobile service trucks cover the entire Lower Peninsula of
Michigan, dispatching from our 7 service centers (Chesterfield, Coldwater, Grand Rapids/Byron
Center, Howell/Brighton, Kalamazoo, Livonia, and Saginaw) plus a dedicated Jackson-area mobile
coverage region.
How quickly can a technician respond?
Response time depends on current shop load, distance, and severity.
For machine-down emergencies we prioritize getting a technician on-site as fast as possible —
often same-day. For scheduled work and PM visits, we typically dispatch within a few business days.

What does field service cost?
Field service is billed on a labor + travel + parts basis. The exact
rate depends on the truck dispatched, the distance from our nearest service center, and the parts
required. We provide written estimates before starting any major work. Submit a request and we'll
confirm pricing for your specific job.
Can your trucks handle line boring on-site?
Yes. Our portable line boring rigs can restore worn pin bores on
excavators, loaders, and attachments without disassembling the machine. This typically saves days
of downtime versus shop-only repair. See our line boring service page for more detail.
Do you do field service on all brands?
Yes. As Michigan's authorized dealer for Bobcat, DEVELON (Doosan),
Kubota, Fecon, Gravely, SnowWolf, Mr. Manhole and most major attachment brands, our techs are
factory-trained — but they also service most other makes in the field.
What if you can't fix it on-site?
If a repair requires shop tooling, our hauling fleet picks up the
machine and brings it to the nearest service center. We'll keep you informed throughout, and if
available, can arrange a loaner so you keep working.
Do you offer scheduled PM programs?
Yes. Fleet customers can set up recurring on-site PM visits keyed to
hour meter readings or calendar intervals. We handle oil & filter changes, fluid sampling,
inspections, and reporting so your equipment stays on schedule and warranty-compliant.
Are your field technicians factory certified?
Yes. Our mobile techs are Factory Platinum Certified with the same
training and OEM software access as our in-shop teams — including diagnostic computers and
factory procedures from Bobcat, DEVELON, Kubota and our other manufacturers.
Can you handle hydraulic hose failures on-site?
Yes. Our trucks carry common hydraulic fittings and assemblies, and
can build custom hoses on-site for most common applications. For complex assemblies, we can also
dispatch from our Parker Hose Doctor hose shops.
