What size air compressor do I need?
Size an air compressor by the tools you'll run at the same time. Add up the CFM (air consumption) of every tool running simultaneously, then choose a compressor that meets both that total airflow and your highest-pressure (PSI) tool. Are Bobcat portable light towers LED?
Yes — Bobcat portable light towers are available with optional 50,000-hour LED lamps that are maintenance-free and extend machine run-time. Each tower also offers full 360-degree rotation, independent lamp positioning, and auto dusk-to-dawn operation.
Can a Bobcat light tower also provide power for tools?
Yes. Every Bobcat light tower doubles as a generator — the PL65 includes a 6 kW alternator and the PL80 an 8 kW alternator, delivering 120/240 V single-phase power for hand tools and small equipment alongside the lights. That's one towable machine instead of a separate light tower and generator.
