Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Diagnose & Troubleshoot machines in the field; Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, & Diesel Engine Issues Perform inspections necessary to determine cause of failure, following established guidelines Recondition & repair equipment components Provide explanations for repairs & offer preventative maintenance advice to the customer Maintain a stocked service truck & ensure tools/equipment are in working order Coordinate with service team to schedule & complete work orders efficiently Continued learning and training on manufacturer lines we sell Analyze information & evaluate results to choose the best solution for the customer's machine Utilize basic computer skills for diagnostics and reporting Maintain shop tools, equipment, and vehicles Maintain work area & Appearance in a professional manner

What We're Looking For:

Experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, construction, or agricultural machinery Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and customer service abilities Clean Driving Record Prior Field Service Technician experience is preferred Tools: Must own a basic professional toolset Attitude: Willingness to learn and grow within our team Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Description:

We're looking for someone to grow with us! We're hiring an Inside Customer Service Representative. What does this mean? We want someone who is willing to learn about the construction/farm equipment industry! We will pay to train and guide you along the way so you can handle customers' needs. This role is a pivotal part of our company's sales strategy, focusing on building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and driving sales growth from within the office. You will have a clear pathway to progression into an Outside Sales position, contingent upon meeting specified performance KPIs. Your day-to-day tasks can vary from answer incoming phone calls and directing them to the correct department. Helping walk-in customers with basic questions. Intaking customer information and getting it to the outside salesperson promptly. You will work directly with our Sales Manager & Sales Team to make sure leads are followed upon.

Responsibilities:

Achieve sales & profit goals in defined geographical sales area Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Answer incoming calls & route to the correct department or salesman Greeting & handling walk-in customer requests Report to the sales manager on weekly sales results. Dealership merchandising support (Sales Floor and Exterior Sales Lot) On-going Training both self-directed, on-site or off-site. Upsell Service, Rental, and Parts departments Develop & maintain customer list for mail ings & quoting Stay up to date on manufacturer offerings sold by dealership Maintain company image
