Working with Branch Service Manager/Director of Service Creating service work orders for Technicians Answer & Transfer incoming/outgoing calls Warranty Administration Scheduling/Quoting/Customer intake & Write-ups Sales Support Daily Time Card/Job Clock Audits Technician training schedules & tracking Health & safety administration Parts Department sales support - Phone & Over-the-counter Generating reports

Compensation:

Base Salary: Starting $60,000 - $80,000 (Depending on Experience) Bonuses if goals are met

Description:

We're looking for someone to grow with us! We're hiring an Inside Customer Service Representative. What does this mean? We want someone who is willing to learn about the construction/farm equipment industry! We will pay to train and guide you along the way so you can handle customers' needs. This role is a pivotal part of our company's sales strategy, focusing on building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and driving sales growth from within the office. You will have a clear pathway to progression into an Outside Sales position, contingent upon meeting specified performance KPIs. Your day-to-day tasks can vary from answer incoming phone calls and directing them to the correct department. Helping walk-in customers with basic questions. Intaking customer information and getting it to the outside salesperson promptly. You will work directly with our Sales Manager & Sales Team to make sure leads are followed upon.

Responsibilities:

Achieve sales & profit goals in defined geographical sales area Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Answer incoming calls & route to the correct department or salesman Greeting & handling walk-in customer requests Report to the sales manager on weekly sales results. Dealership merchandising support (Sales Floor and Exterior Sales Lot) On-going Training both self-directed, on-site or off-site. Upsell Service, Rental, and Parts departments Develop & maintain customer list for mail ings & quoting Stay up to date on manufacturer offerings sold by dealership Maintain company image

Compensation:

Starting $40,000/Year Uncapped Commission on sold machines & attachments

$20-$30 an hour (Depending on experience) Paid by the Hour - Not Flat Rate! Bonus Structure if goals are met
