The DD100 XL features an innovative undercarriage system designed to maximize durability while reducing long-term ownership costs. Dual-flange rollers positioned outside the track chain and single-flange rollers inside the chain help keep the tracks properly aligned, reducing wear and extending component life while delivering a smoother ride. The undercarriage is also designed for simplified maintenance, with high-wear components positioned for quick access and economical replacement through DEVELON's dealer network.

Industry-Leading Visibility

Excellent visibility allows operators to work more accurately and confidently. The DD100 XL relocates the electronic cooling system to the rear of the machine and eliminates an exposed precleaner, creating an unobstructed view of the six-way blade. A narrow engine hood, minimized cab pillars, and full-glass doors further improve sightlines around the machine. Standard safety features include a rearview camera, high-output LED work lights, and four premium windshield wiper blades to maintain excellent visibility in changing weather and jobsite conditions.

The six-way variable-angle pitch blade provides the flexibility and precision needed for grading, backfilling, and material movement. A standard blade float function allows the blade to follow ground contours for smoother finish grading and back dragging. Standard electronic hydraulic controls deliver responsive blade operation for operators of all experience levels, while integrated 2D Blade Assist technology improves grading accuracy and reduces operator workload. For even greater precision, the DD100 XL is compatible with advanced 3D machine guidance and GPS-based machine control systems that automate blade movements for faster, more consistent grading results.
