Develon Severe Duty Bucket

Built for the Toughest Digging Applications

The Develon Severe Duty Bucket is engineered to deliver maximum durability and long-lasting performance in the most demanding excavation environments. Designed for heavy digging, loading, quarry work, and loose rock applications, this bucket is constructed with premium abrasion-resistant materials that stand up to constant wear while maintaining exceptional digging performance and productivity.

Reinforced for Extended Service Life

Built to handle harsh working conditions, the Severe Duty Bucket features abrasion-resistant steel throughout critical wear areas, including the cutting edge, side cutters, shell bottom, side plates, and weld-on wear straps. Reinforcing gussets strengthen the bucket-to-machine connection, increasing structural integrity and helping the bucket withstand heavy loads and repeated impacts.

Enhanced Wear Protection

Additional front wear pads protect the bucket against abrasive rock and uneven materials, extending component life in high-impact applications. A thicker, heavy-duty cutting edge delivers greater strength for penetrating compacted soils, rock, and other difficult materials, while the rolled wear strap on the bucket bottom improves resistance to abrasion during continuous ground engagement. Together, these reinforced features reduce wear, extend service intervals, and maximize productivity in demanding excavation and quarry operations.
