Both Fecon Stone Crusher models require 30 to 50 GPM at up to 6,000 PSI and use a 160cc variable-displacement motor. Maintaining adequate hydraulic flow is critical for keeping the rotor at operating speed in demanding rock-crushing conditions, so verifying your carrier’s auxiliary hydraulic capacity should be the first step when choosing a model.

Horsepower and Carrier Weight

The SC6220 is designed for 80 to 132 horsepower carriers and weighs 3,330 pounds, while the SC7620 is designed for 90 to 132 horsepower carriers and weighs 3,965 pounds. When matching either attachment to your machine, consider the attachment weight in relation to the carrier manufacturer’s approved attachment specifications and operating limits.

Choose the Right Working Width

Working width is a key difference between the two models. The 62-inch SC6220 keeps the rotor within the width of the loader’s tracks, providing a more compact configuration for tighter jobsites. The 76-inch SC7620 extends beyond the tracks, allowing material to be crushed before the machine travels over it. For demanding applications and frequent rock crushing, the wider SC7620 can help reduce track exposure to unprocessed rock while providing greater coverage with each pass.
