Description
Split-Fire 50 Ton Log Splitter 6206
Built for extreme-duty wood processing, the Split-Fire 6206 skid steer log splitter delivers an impressive 50 tons of splitting force for tackling oversized rounds from 30 to 72 inches in diameter. A heavy-duty 10 x 10-inch steel tube frame provides the strength needed for demanding applications, while the 6 x 30-inch hydraulic cylinder operates at up to 3,500 PSI. With a 30-inch stroke and 20-inch knife height, the 6206 is designed to break massive, difficult logs into manageable sections for boiler wood or further firewood processing.
Powered directly by the skid steer’s hydraulic system, the 6206 operates with auxiliary flow rates from 20 to 75 GPM and provides approximately 5- to 20-second cycle times depending on available flow and pressure. A 12-inch standoff provides additional clearance for splitting in horizontal or vertical orientations, while 100 inches of hydraulic hose comes standard and quick-connects are available as an option. Weighing 1,825 pounds, the 6206 is designed for skid steers with a minimum 2,400-pound lift capacity, providing serious splitting capability for operators handling the largest and most challenging wood.
