The Develon DD100 LGP dozer combines 115.3 horsepower with a low ground pressure design to deliver outstanding pushing performance while minimizing soil disturbance. Engineered for soft ground, wetlands, and other sensitive terrain, the DD100 LGP provides excellent traction and flotation without sacrificing the power needed for demanding grading and earthmoving applications. Its optimized undercarriage distributes machine weight across a larger footprint, reducing compaction while maintaining exceptional productivity.

The DD100 LGP is purpose-built for applications where reduced ground pressure is essential. Its specialized low ground pressure track system delivers one of the lowest ground pressure ratings in its class while maintaining the operating weight and traction needed for challenging conditions. A combination of dual-flange and single-flange rollers helps keep the tracks properly aligned, improving durability, reducing wear, and extending undercarriage life. The undercarriage is also designed for simplified maintenance, with high-wear components positioned for quick, cost-effective service.

Outstanding Visibility for Greater Precision

The DD100 LGP provides exceptional visibility to the six-way blade, helping operators work with greater confidence and accuracy. By relocating the electronic cooling system to the rear of the machine and positioning the inline precleaner beneath the hood, Develon creates a clear, unobstructed view of the blade. A narrow engine hood, slim cab pillars, and full-glass doors further improve sightlines around the machine. Standard rearview cameras, high-output LED work lights, and premium windshield wipers ensure excellent visibility in all working conditions.

Precision Grading with Advanced Technology

Designed for finish grading and material movement, the DD100 LGP features a six-way variable-angle pitch blade that provides excellent control when handling dirt, clay, and other materials. A standard blade float function allows the blade to follow ground contours for smooth finish grading and back dragging. Fully electronic hydraulic controls deliver precise blade response for operators of every experience level. Standard 2D Blade Assist technology improves grading accuracy, while optional 3D Machine Guidance and GPS-based Machine Control automate blade movements for faster, more consistent grading and increased productivity.
