What Makes the CT2025 Different
Step Up to the 2000-Platform Compact Class
The CT2025 HST opens Bobcat's 2000-platform compact tractor line — a real jump in capability over the 1000-platform sub-compacts. Bigger engine, far greater lift, more hydraulic flow and a heavier, more planted frame give larger-acreage owners the muscle that ground-engaging and loader-heavy work demands.
1,631 lb Three-Point Lift — More Than Double
The Category 1 hitch hoists 1,631 lbs measured 24 inches behind the lift point — well over twice the roughly 700 lbs of the sub-compacts. That headroom carries loaded box blades, land graders, heavy rotary cutters and full-size implements, with a Hydraulic Position Control System holding each one at a repeatable working depth.
24.5 HP Tier 4 Daedong Diesel
A 3-cylinder Daedong 3A165LWH displaces 100 cubic inches and produces 24.5 gross horsepower at 2,400 rpm — noticeably more cubes and grunt than the 1000-platform engines. It meets Tier 4 emissions standards while putting 21.8 horsepower to the PTO for demanding implement work.
Three-Range Hydrostatic Drive
An infinite 3-range hydrostatic transmission adds a third speed band over the sub-compacts' two, with clutch-free twin pedals and cruise control. Creep low for tillage and grading, mid-range for loader cycles, and 9.4 mph in high to cover larger ground fast — standard 4x4 and wet multi-disc brakes keep it all in hand.
11.4 GPM Hydraulics & Live PTO
A total flow of 11.4 gpm — 6.9 to the implement circuit plus 4.5 for steering — feeds loader, backhoe and hydraulic attachments with the volume bigger jobs need. A live rear PTO at 540 rpm and a 1,976-rpm mid PTO let you change implement speed without dropping ground travel.
FL7 Loader & BH76 Backhoe
The optional FL7 front loader reaches a 95-inch lift height to the bucket pivot pin — far higher than the sub-compact loaders — for clearing trailers, stacking and bulk material moves. Add the BH76 backhoe to dig footings, trench utility lines and pull stumps on serious property projects.
Full Cat 1 Implement Range
The CT2025 swings the heavy end of the Category 1 catalog: box blades to 72 inches, land graders to 84 inches, rotary cutters, tillers, disc harrows, snowblowers, pallet forks, bale spears, grapples and rock buckets. It's a genuine work platform for food plots, livestock chores and year-round land maintenance.
Heavier, More Stable, More Clearance
At 2,634 lbs, 62.4 inches wide on a 66-inch wheelbase, the CT2025 plants itself far more firmly than a sub-compact under loader and hill work. A full 11.7 inches of ground clearance straddles rough terrain, a 9-foot turning radius keeps it nimble, and an open foldable ROPS, suspension seat, tilt steering and full lighting keep long days comfortable.

CT2025 Features & Benefits
Performance 10
Power Take-Off (PTO)
Power take-off is the heart of a tractor's versatility — till the garden, put in a food plot, clear weeds along ditches and pastures, bore fence-post holes in tough soil, or mow the whole acreage in an afternoon. The CT2025 carries a standard rear PTO plus a mid PTO, and paired with the three-point hitch it drives implement after implement with ease.
Three-Point Hitch
The three-point hitch turns the CT2025 into a true do-anything machine — mowing, tilling, driveway grading, raking, snow moving and more. It accepts the full range of Category 1 implements and is designed to make hooking them up quick and easy.
Three Tire Options
The right tire gets the most out of your tractor, so the CT2025 can be fitted with one of three types to match your ground:
- Agricultural: deep, self-cleaning lugs grip in soft soil and mud and add pull behind heavy loads and implements.
- Turf: a gentler tread that protects lush lawns and finished landscaping from scuffing.
- Industrial: wear- and puncture-resistant, with a wide tread for solid traction across nearly any surface.
Maximum Maneuverability
Big-property work throws a new challenge at you every day, and the CT2025 is built to take it. A well-balanced design and a 9-foot turning radius keep it responsive and easy to place, while generous ground clearance lets you keep working over uneven, wet or muddy terrain. The stable 66-inch wheelbase spreads weight evenly for footing on slopes and steadier towing — and depending on transmission, steering brakes can help pivot the tractor tightly on the inside wheel.
Four-Wheel Drive
A working tractor lives and dies by traction. The CT2025 comes with four-wheel drive you can put to work the instant a hill, a wet patch or a heavy load calls for it.
Roll Over Protective Structure (ROPS)
A ROPS is standard on this open-station model and protects the operator in a rollover, as long as it's locked upright with the seatbelt buckled. When clearance is tight, the foldable ROPS drops down to clear branches, doorways and trailer decks, then raises right back up.
Leading Lift Capacity
Strong lift expands what your implements can do, and the CT2025's three-point hitch handles up to 1,631 lbs measured 24 inches behind the lift point — among the best in its class and well beyond what a sub-compact can raise.
Hydrostatic Transmission (3-Range HST)
This CT2025 HST uses a 3-range hydrostatic transmission that changes speed through hydraulic pressure, much like driving a car — you only pause to switch ranges. A simple twin-pedal layout (one pedal forward, one reverse) makes direction changes quick, which is ideal for loader work, stall cleaning, mowing and tight-quarters maneuvering, and especially easy for newer operators.
Manual-Shift Transmission Option
Prefer a classic gear tractor? The CT2025 is also offered with a manual-shift transmission — an economical, proven setup with nine forward and three reverse gears you select at a stop. It suits constant-speed jobs like mowing, tilling and spraying and handles PTO-heavy work well, with synchronized second and reverse gears to ease loader use.
Live PTO
The CT2025's rear PTO is a live PTO — a simple, economical design that engages and disengages through a mechanical linkage and delivers steady 540-rpm power to ground-driven implements. Together with the mid PTO, it keeps the tractor earning its keep across mowing, tilling and field chores.
Comfort 4
Operator-Friendly Controls
The CT2025 is built to be easy to run, with controls that help you get more done with less effort. The levers fall naturally to hand, and conveniences like power steering and cruise control let you manage the tractor and its implements with confidence.
Work Lights
When the light goes, the CT2025 keeps working. Bright headlights light the job in front of you in low light, and a long-life LED tail lamp keeps you visible from behind on trails, lanes and back roads.
Premium Comfort
The operator area is laid out for comfortable hours in the seat, with controls and gauges arranged for easy use and an illuminated dash you can read in any light. A deluxe suspension seat (on select models) soaks up bumps, adjusts to fit any operator and adds a fold-down armrest, while the quiet, low-vibration engine and extras like an adjustable seatbelt and cup holder make long days easy to take.
Linked Pedal Lever Option
Available on the 2000 platform and up with hydrostatic drive, the linked-pedal option raises engine rpm as you press the travel pedal — so the CT2025 responds much like a car. It makes front-loader control especially intuitive and smooths out a wide range of everyday jobs.
Uptime-Protection 3
The Bobcat Dealer Network
Great machines need great support behind them. Bobcat's dealer network delivers local authorized service, warranty work and parts availability that's hard to beat — and a dealer like Carleton Equipment, Michigan's authorized Bobcat dealer with 7 locations, keeps your CT2025 running for the long haul.
24-Month, 1,500-Hour Warranty
Your CT2025 is backed by a strong factory warranty: 24 months against defects in materials and workmanship, or 1,500 hours of use — whichever comes first.
Machine Protection
Thoughtful details help the CT2025 shrug off everyday wear:
- A heavy-duty polymer fuel tank keeps fuel clean and won't rust or contaminate.
- A brush guard — included with the front loader, or available separately — shields the front end as you push through brush, branches and debris.
- The streamlined metal hood improves sightlines from the seat and protects the engine and components from dirt and debris.
Versatility 1
Attachment Versatility
For the money, few machines stretch as far as a compact tractor, and Bobcat backs the CT2025 with a deep catalog of implements to maximize your return. Mow a clean, professional cut around the house, auger holes for new trees, clean out the barn or move hay, grade the gravel drive, or clear snow from the house and outbuildings — between the available attachments and 3-point implements, the job list it'll tackle is a long one.
Serviceability 3
One-Side Maintenance
Maintenance is easy when everything's in reach. The CT2025 keeps its daily checks, fluid fills and filters on one side of the engine, so routine upkeep takes only minutes and helps keep the tractor at peak performance.
One-Piece Engine Hood
There are no side panels to wrestle off — the one-piece hood lifts on an air-cylinder assist to open the entire engine bay at once, putting virtually every major service point right in front of you.
All-In-One Fuse and Relay Box
Fuses and relays sit together in one central box, so replacing a fuse or tracking down an electrical issue is quick and painless.
