Durable Bobcat augers are compatible with Bobcat compact loaders, excavators, compact wheel loaders, telehandlers, small articulated loaders, Toolcat™ utility work machines and mini- track loaders.
To operate, raise the boom arms until the auger is vertical. Engage the hydraulics into detent position, then slowly lower the lift arms until the auger contacts the surface. Apply a small amount of down force to the auger, but be careful not to apply too much, or the hydraulic motor may stall. To help remove spoil, reverse the bit’s direction and repeat, if necessary, for optimum digging performance.
Dig holes with speed and plumb-line accuracy using a Bobcat® auger attachment
The auger is ideal for applications that require high torque performance
Multiple bit types and teeth available to match your digging conditions
Models:
Model 12PH/14PH: Ideal for Low Torque and High-Speed applications. It is recommended for areas with relatively easy digging or loose soil. Up to 24 in. diameter bits.
Model 20PH/25PH: Ideal for Medium Torque and Medium Speed applications. It is used for areas with moderate to heavy digging requirements, rocky soil, and occasional tough digging. Up to 36 in. diameter bits.
Model 35PH/50PH: Ideal for High Torque and Low Speed applications. It is recommended for Hard tough, all day digging through hardpan, frost, or asphalt. It works well with large diameter bits and hex drive applications.
Planetary Drive:
The planetary drive augers deliver more power/force needed for extreme ground conditions including rock, shale, clay, and frost. With lower speeds to dig, they provide the torque needed to install screw anchors and dig with bits that are over 24 in. in diameter.
Unique Knuckle Joint Design:
The unique design allows the auger to dig vertical holes even if your Bobcat unit is on uneven terrain.
High Torque Performance:
Bobcat auger attachments deliver greater torque and ensure reliable performance on the jobsite.
